Our sessions are for 45 minutes and prices with effect from 1st August 2010 are as follows;Physiotherapy or Acupuncture
Cancellations Patients are required to give at least twelve hours notice if an appointment is to be cancelled otherwise normal treatment fees will be charged. Payment Payment is accepted by cash, cheque or card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB). There is no charge for using a debit card, there is, however, an 80p per treatment additional charge for using a credit card. We are also registered with all major health insurance companies. Our administration team can bill direct to your insurer with the relevant authorisation number and any required forms. Generally a fee of £6.50 will be added to the first treatment charge to use this facility. It is important to note that the Carmichael Clinic will not be liable for any non-payment by insurers and therefore it is the patients responsibility to make sure that their subscriptions are up to date and that all authority is agreed before treatment commences. |
